50FIFTY are pioneering an innovative way to combat the rising tide of gun and knife crime currently affecting our young people in the UK.
The problem of youth crime is extremely complex and there are no easy fixes. The answer does not lie with one project, organisation or a single piece of government legislation, it will take a massive effort from all stakeholders and a willingness to try new and innovative methods to engage with some of 'hardest to reach' young people.
At 50FIFTY we are doing our part to try to improve things and we're looking for partners interested in making a difference to individual young people, their local communities , wider society and the British economy.
We have combined our business knowledge with our Youth Work & Informal Education experience in order to show young people (many of whom facing social exclusion) how to make money LEGALLY by designing, making and selling clothing and promotional goods. So far we have helped dozens of young people move from criminal activities into entrepreneurial ones!! However we are greedy, we now want to affect hundreds and then thousands of young people.
How can you help?
If you would like to support young people trying to change their own future then you can do so by using our not for profit services to buy Tshirts, Polo Shirts, Hoodies, Sweaters, Workwear, Uniforms or promotional items like Pens, Mugs Keyrings, Mouse Mats.
This is your opportunity to help make a difference to young lives in the UK and reduce your carbon footprint at the same time. Get your custom Tshirts, Work Uniforms and Promotional Goods made locally by young people trying to turn their lives around.
So what are you waiting for? Don't buy from the big and established companies... support local young people.
At 50FIFTY we want to help tranforms the CV's (and lives) of young people who may otherwise drift into a life of crime. If you are a youth worker, informal educator, teacher, community group, concerned parent, politician and you want to get involved please call 0871 595 5050 or 07878 156 010 or mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
